Step 1: Log in to Tavie Pro/Clinikly.ai
Upon completion or the registration process you will receive an email containing a link to access the login page of Tavie Pro, along with your pre-defined credentials. These credentials consist of a predetermined username and password, which you can later customize.
Action: To access Tavie Pro, simply click on the link provided in the email, enter the provided credentials into the respective fields on the login page, and proceed by clicking on the "Sign in" button.
Step 2: Set Up Your Profile
Personalize your profile by modifying your username, email address, title, and affiliation details.
Action: Access your Tavie Pro account by logging in, then navigate to your profile located at the top left corner or the screen.
Step 3: Familiarize Yourself with TAVIE Pro Features
Familiarize yourself with the diverse range of features offered by TAVIE Pro, encompassing patient tracking, communication tools, and reporting functions.
Action: Navigate through the app’s various sections to comprehensively explore its capabilities and discern how they can be electively integrated into your practice.
Step 4: Add Your Clients
Begin the process of integrating your clients into the Tavie Pro system.
Action: Access the "My Clients" section within the application and utilize the "New Client" feature to input pertinent client information, thereby initiating the monitoring or monitoring of their progress.
Step 5: Add Your Patient
Utilize the Announcements section to disseminate important information to your clients, such as appointment reminders, updates on new resources, or notifications about app updates.
Action: Navigate to the "Announcements" section within the application and utilize the « New Announcement » feature to create and send targeted announcements to individual clients, specific groups, or all clients, effectively keeping them informed and engaged.
