To be eligible for enrollment, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a reactive (positive) HIV diagnosis and be eligible for RWHAP Part B services.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to provide informed consent.
- Be newly diagnosed, in care but not virally suppressed, not engaged in care, or in care but vulnerable (e.g., with co-morbidities, people who use drugs) and at risk of being lost to follow-up.
If your income exceeds the guidelines for a “free phone,” you still could receive a Clinikly.ai phone. Please note that clients who receive a Clinikly.ai phone must maintain a moderate to high level of engagement on the Clinikly.ai app.
Yes, if you have your own smart device with Wi-Fi data, you do not need to apply for a free phone or receive one from Clinikly.ai.

When you enroll in Clinikly.ai, you will receive a unique 4-digit ID number that will replace the use of your name to protect your identity.
